What counts as an active pass?
A member who did something in the last 90 days — earned or redeemed points. Members who stopped coming do not count, so you never pay for a list that sits still.
What happens if I go over my limit?
Nothing abrupt. You get a notice in your dashboard and time to move up a plan. We do not switch your programme off on you.
Am I tied in?
No. You start with 14 days free and after that it is cancellable monthly. No annual contract.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. The pass lands in the wallet app already on their phone — Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. One tap and it sits between their bank cards.
Does it work with my POS?
Every plan includes the API, so your POS supplier can build the link. Without a link, your staff scan the pass with the built-in scanner.
